         To make your weekend more exciting, the movie "Bloody Daddy" was released on June 9th on Jio Cinema. This film, starring Shahid Kapoor, has been in the news for quite some time. After films like Kabir Singh and Jersey, which were romantic dramas and sports dramas respectively, Shahid Kapoor has now come up with an action-packed movie. In the meantime, Shahid had also released a web series on Amazon Prime, which was quite impressive. The teaser of "Bloody Daddy" had created a lot of excitement with Shahid's aggressive look in the movie.

The film's story starts during the struggle of the COVID-19 era. After the pandemic, unemployment increased significantly, leading to a rise in crimes such as theft, robbery, and extortion. Sumair (Shahid Kapoor) is a narcotics officer. Sumair and his fellow officer friend Jaggi loot a large drug dealer. They plan to sell the drugs worth 50 crores and settle down in luxury. Sumair has recently gone through a divorce and lives with his son, Atharv.

On the other hand, Sikandar (Ronit Roy), who is the owner of a luxurious seven-star hotel, is disturbed after someone loots his drugs. He realizes that Sumair has stolen his drugs. In order to blackmail Sumair, Sikandar kidnaps Atharv. With no other option to retrieve the drugs, Sumair enters Sikandar's hotel with drugs in hand. And from here, the story takes various twists and turns. Diana Panty (Ananya) and Rajeev Khandelwal (Samir) also work in the Narcotics Department and face some difficulties due to Sumair. They also get involved in the hot pursuit inside the hotel.

Sumair believes that everything will be fine according to his plan, and he will be able to save his son and live a comfortable life. But things take an unexpected turn. All the odds start working against Sumair, but he refuses to accept defeat. He is determined to save his son at any cost. Every crisis that comes his way will be faced with intelligence and strength, making the audience thrilled.

Shahid Kapoor's action is reminiscent of Keanu Reeves in John Wick. Ronit Roy's role is fantastic. Sanjay Kapoor also has a small but powerful role. Jyoti Deshpande, the film's producer, has also played a small but beautiful role as Shahid's wife. The powerful action scenes, background music, and the twists and turns will keep you amazed every moment.

In reality, this film is a remake of the French movie "Sleepless Night" released in 2011. But it can be said that this is a perfect remake. The story, screenplay, dialogues, and direction all come together seamlessly. And Shahid Kapoor's brilliant acting is outstanding!
